DAVID MICHELSON
PRESIDENT
DTM ASSOCIATES
For over 30 years, David Michelson has created and conducted programs internationally on topics including leadership development, consultative selling, customer service, and personal empowerment. He also serves as an executive coach, working with leaders to transform their organizations.
He has provided customized programs for organizations such as Citigroup, Bank of New York Mellon, and the American Heart Association. He has adapted programs culturally to North & South America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. He is regarded as a highly-engaging, facilitative, and client-focused program leader who consistently is desired by clients for repeat engagements.
Prior to initiating DTM Associates (1991), David worked for four years with Consultative Resources Corporation (CRC), a consulting firm specializing in customized sales and management training programs. At CRC, David developed and maintained client relationships, designed and delivered programs, conducted train-the trainer workshops, and facilitated strategic planning meetings.
Preceding CRC, David spent five years with Great Western Bank. He performed various training and organization development functions to assist in cultivating a new sales and customer service culture within the bank.
David holds a M.S. in Organization Development from American University and a B.S. in Business from Dickinson College.

For the past 20 years, Neelama Eyres has designed, customized and facilitated highly impactful training programs for leaders, teams and individuals worldwide. She is regarded as a dynamic and effective facilitator who inspires people to achieve excellence. Participants consistently report outstanding results when implementing the core concepts from her trainings.
She is Co-founder of the Inner Journey Institute, an educational organization that delivers transformational seminars throughout the United States, Canada and Europe. For IJI, she designs and facilitates workshops across a broad spectrum of topics geared towards helping participants reach higher levels of leadership, presence, and personal empowerment. Neelama also trains and develops facilitators to apply various communication processes and facilitation techniques within their own professions as corporate executives, mid-level managers, sales representatives, and consultants.
Since 2000, Neelama has owned and operated a private coaching practice where she offers individualized sessions designed to help clients improve performance, increase productivity, and thrive in their professional and personal lives.
In recent years, she has become well versed in consultative selling through her work with Conscious Selling, Inc. and DTM Associates. She designs and leads training modules and customized role-play exercises. In addition, she facilitates small group discussions and provides individual coaching to sales professionals.
